A quiet leg builder. No jumping, no load, just time under tension against a wall.

Form cues
Three things to think about on every rep.
- Back flat against a wall, feet about two feet out and hip-width apart.
- Slide down to a comfortable depth, no lower than thighs parallel to the floor.
- Keep your knees over your ankles, breathe steadily and hold.
Common mistakes
If you see these, slow down and reset.
- Knees drifting past your toes or caving inward.
- Holding your breath. Keep breathing through the whole hold.
