What stays on your device
When you use the tools, check-ins or the 1% Club log on doctablade.com, your inputs (for example age, weight, test results, workouts and readiness scores) are saved in your browser's local storage on your own device. Unless you create an account, they are not sent to us. Clearing your browser data, or using "Reset everything" on the You tab, deletes them. "Download my data" on the You tab gives you a copy.
If you create an account
Accounts are optional. Every tool works without one. If you create an account, we store your email and your saved results so they sync across devices. You can export or delete them anytime from the You page. Deleting your account removes your email and everything saved to it from our servers.
Your PAR-Q safety answers stay on your device. They are never synced. We only keep whether the safety check advised you to talk to a clinician first, as a yes or no.
Sign-in uses a one-time link sent to your email from login@doctablade.com. We set a sign-in cookie on doctablade.com to keep you signed in. It is not used for advertising or tracking.
What we don't do
- We don't require an account. We only collect your email if you choose to create one.
- We don't sell or share your information.
- We don't run advertising or analytics trackers on this site today. If that changes, we'll update this page first.
Services we link to
Some buttons take you to other services with their own privacy policies: Everfit (the Blade Fitness Academy program and checkout), Skool (the free 1% Club community) and the social platforms you choose to share to. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and some code from public content delivery networks, which receive standard technical information such as your IP address.
Health information
The tools give general educational estimates. Using them does not create a doctor-patient relationship. See the terms.
